Aware Studio LLC, United States, operates this website under the CreoLink name and is responsible for the personal information described here. This policy covers website visits, invitation requests, and agency enquiries. It does not cover use of a product account or a connected mailbox. Separate notices and terms will apply before those services are made available.
Information you choose to share
The contact form collects a name, email address, enquiry type, and message; a company name is optional. Follow-up correspondence may include campaign requirements and business contact details. Supplying information is voluntary, but we need an email address and enough context to respond. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
Our infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, and delivery or security logs. The form endpoint uses the source IP address to limit repeated submissions. The application does not write enquiry bodies into its own logs.
How we use enquiries
We use enquiry information to answer questions, discuss access or campaign services, and manage related correspondence. Technical information helps deliver the website and messages, diagnose failures, and prevent abuse. Submitting the form does not subscribe anyone to marketing emails.
Legal grounds where applicable
Where EU or UK data protection law applies, we rely on legitimate interests to respond to business enquiries and operate and protect the website. Those interests are communicating with potential customers, maintaining service reliability, and preventing abuse. We may also process information to take requested steps before a contract, perform a contract, or meet legal obligations, where those grounds apply.
Website technologies
Fonts are served with this website rather than loaded from Google Fonts. Interactive demonstrations may save a brief in session storage on the device so it can carry over to the contact page. This is a functional handoff, not advertising tracking. Browser controls can clear that storage.
The current website includes no advertising pixels or visitor analytics scripts. It does not track browsing across unrelated websites and has no separate response to browser Do Not Track signals. Hosting and security providers may use technologies needed to deliver or protect the service. We will update this notice and provide choices required by applicable law before adding optional tracking.
Providers and sharing
Cloudflare processes contact submissions, rate limiting, and email routing. Messages sent to our public contact address are forwarded to the team’s Gmail inbox, provided by Google, for handling and replies. Website hosting providers also process connection information. These providers process information under their applicable service terms and privacy practices.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect legal rights, or to professional advisers where necessary. Access to enquiries is limited to people who need it to handle the request or business relationship.
Retention and processing locations
Enquiries that do not lead to a customer relationship are retained for up to 12 months after the last contact, then deleted unless a legal obligation or an active dispute requires longer retention. Customer and campaign records follow the relevant agreement and applicable obligations. Provider-managed security logs and backups follow the provider’s retention practices and may not disappear immediately when a message is deleted.
We operate in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries, whose privacy laws may differ from those in the visitor’s country. Contact us for information about the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to an enquiry.
Choices and requests
Depending on applicable law, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent, where used, may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. Requests can be made by email or through the privacy enquiry option in the contact form. We may ask for information needed to verify a request.
We respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any permitted limits on a request. Where applicable, complaints may be made to a local data protection authority.
Children and automated decisions
This website is intended for business enquiries and is not directed to children under 13. If personal information from a child has been submitted, contact us so it can be addressed. Website enquiry processing does not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Product demonstrations do not perform real campaign actions.
